Vehicle Wrap Pricing

From vehicle wrap companies to vehicle wrap customers everyone understands the importance of  an accurate quote on pricing for services. When quotes are too high you will loose customers and when quotes are too low its hard to make a profit and stay in business. Customers always appreciate the final price to match the quote they originally received. In the instance of vehicle wraps a general quote is most likely not going to be the most accurate. There is a lot of intricate details that go in to each vehicle wrap design.

When getting a vehicle wrap quote it is important to sit down with the vehicle wrap company and discuss exactly what you are looking for in a vehicle wrap. This will allow the wrap company to make a proper assessment of what the vehicle wrap you are dreaming of will entail and cost. How detailed is your design? Is it a full vehicle wrap or just partial? This will affect the price of the wrap you are looking at getting.

It is important you provide the necessary artwork or graphics you want on the wrap to the vehicle wrap shop from the very beginning. If you do not have the artworks or graphics you will need to meet with a graphic designer to design the images for the wrap which will be another fee. Be aware the design process can become lengthy the more changes you request or redesigns you ask for from the graphic artist. You also want to be sure the final wrap design is exactly what you are looking for before it is placed on your vehicle.

Once the design process is complete the wrap process can begin. There are a few things you will need to keep in mind. If there are any current wraps or graphics on the vehicle they will need to be removed before the new wrap can be placed. You will need to leave the vehicle with the wrap company for the necessary amount of time it takes to install the new wrap. If your project is time-sensitive or having your vehicle out of possession for more than a few days is not feasible you may ask for a rush order for an additional fee.

Q) What kind of surface will it stick to?

A) Any smooth flat non-porous surface is perfect. Anything from elevator doors, bar tops, glass, mirrors, and much more.

Paint Protection FAQ’s

Paint Protection FAQ’s

Q) What if I already have chips in my paint?

A) Chips will create a visible white air pocket under the film. The more chips the more air pockets, thus effecting the film to be as transparent as possible.

Q) How long before I can install clear bra on new paint?

A) Aftermarket paint is a tricky thing. 1 month is the rule of thumb. This gives the paint time to harden and all of the solvents time to escape during the curing stage. But a very important thing to think about is the adhesion to the vehicle. Improper paint steps can leave the paint vulnerable and the adhesion of the film can remove the paint. Make sure that your paint shop will cover this if it arises.
